Introduction to PMC  
This workshop serves as a thorough introduction to Precious Metal Clay.  Students will learn the basics and secrets of working with PMC. Introduction to PMC with Fused Glass Cabochons
PMC3 is formulated to fire at lower temperatures than PMC standard or PMC+.  For this reason you can combine PMC3 with fused glass cabochons to create jewelry.  At the PMC3 firing temperature the integrity of your original glass piece is maintained.  In this workshop you will create, at least two, silver and dichroic glass pendant. *Includes supplies, bench fee, firing fee, finishing fee, loaner tool kit 10 AM – 5 PM, Class limit: 8 (Beginner)

PMC Hollow Beads

PMC Rings with Fired-in-place Gemstone
Everyone loves rings. Chain Link Bracelet (Single Fire)
Create your own exquisite link bracelet using great textures to create your amazing one-of-a-kind piece. The mask has long been a symbol of transformation, a universal phenomenon. The students will work to creatively express their emotions. Through expressing these emotions we can heal the physical body.  The root of all our ailments begins on the emotional level. We will use mixed metals, cold connections, silver wire and other mixed media elements to make a pin or sculpture.  Class is 10 am to 5 pm.

More Hollow Beads
Explore the endless possibilities of creating designer PMC beads without using a burnout cores.  Learn dry construction methods. New Tricks for Hollow Beads, 2 day workshop
Unique beads at their best!  It’s time to take your bead making and PMC skills to the next level.  This workshop will introduce methods of making beads without burnout cores and/or with cores that can easily be removed before kiln firing.  Mold making will also be covered to allow for multiples and do it yourself press molds. Considerations for kiln firing and finishing will be discussed. Surface textures, and unique shapes are emphasized. Vision Pendant in Precious Metal Clay
Create a powerful vision pendant in Precious Metal Clay to help you visualize that which you need to create, or bring more of, into your life such as romance, creativity, happiness, joy, self love, wisdom, healing, abundance; anything you desire. In this workshop you will create at least one powerful vision pendant using Precious Metals Clay. You will learn the process of creating reusable custom stamps in photopolymer plate using a design of your choice. All materials will be provided by the instructor. Glass Workshops

Introduction to Fused Glass

Dichroic glass is specially designed to be worked in a kiln.  The brilliantly colored dichroic glass is created through the application of a variety of metals, such as titanium and niobium, in a high temperature vacuum furnace.  In this workshop you will learn the basics of fusing glass by creating several dichroic glass cabochons suitable for jewelry such as earrings, pendants or brooches.  After preparation, your pieces are gradually heated to at least 1400°F, allowed to "melt together" for a specific period of time and then gradually cooled to room temperature. The finished product has more than one color, and the different colors can be seen when the glass is viewed from different angles. *Includes supplies, bench fee, firing fee, finishing fee, loaner tool kit 10 AM – 5 PM, Class limit: 6  This workshop is strictly limited to 6 participants. Fused Glass & PMC Killer Combo
In this workshop you will learn the basics of glass fusing while creating beautiful Dichroic cabochons and learn how to combine one or more of the cabs you created with PMC3 to create beautiful jewelry such as pendants, earrings or brooches. This workshop is not a substitute for a full introduction to fused glass or PMC. Raku Workshop

Creating Raku Beads
